Qualifications:

General

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Civil, Mechanical), or a related field.
• (5-9) years of experience.
• Excellent command of oral and written English & Arabic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software tools (knowledge of MS Project is an advantage).
• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign is preferred.

Technical

• Strong knowledge of market research and industry trends.
• Experience in reviewing and analyzing EOIs, PQs, RFPs, and other bidding materials.
• Effective coordination skills with team members and technical departments.
• Ability to manage and oversee team members across multiple assignments.
