Al Tahaluf project is one of many that are licensed by the Ministry of Housing and Wafi housing programme. Located in Riyadh, north of Salman Road, it is an integrated housing complex consisting of 2,243 units.
The villas are 220-250 m2 in area with townhouse or detached villa design options. Each villa has two storeys and an attic. The planned community has supermarkets and shopping centres, mosques, parks and green spaces.
