Riyadh Municipality, through its Projects Agency, manages a SAR 8 billion portfolio of current and future projects to develop the city’s infrastructure. The Project, Assets and Facilities Management Office in the public agency works with the contractor on existing and future projects at an estimated cost of about SAR 4 billion.
