The Italian restaurant at the Grand Hyatt Amman Hotel needed a complete renovation with a scope that included architectural design, mechanical and electrical design, structural analysis of the existing ballroom to verify the new roof load, interior design including FF&E, specialised lighting design, specialised kitchen design, in addition to preparing BoQs and specifications for all disciplines.
