The project is a specialized independent and national oil and gas laboratory, primarily to serve the terminals of JOTC and its associated oil marketing companies for all their petroleum product testing requirements, and to be an attractive option for the Levant countries for all their petroleum product testing requirements, and later for chemical and environmental testing for the next phase.

The project is located on a total land area of 650 sqm, with a total BUA of approximately 673 sqm distributed over a ground floor and a first floor with the following components: laboratories, storage rooms, electrical rooms & services.

The services provided including:

• Architectural
• Structural
• Mechanical and Electrical Design works
• In addition to preparations of specifications and BOQs
• Following up with authorities.
