Located within Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (KIZAD), the project is developed on a greenfield site as a large-scale industrial complex integrating a foundry, machine shop, storage, and manufacturing facilities, alongside administration and staff support areas.

Planned for delivery in three phases, the foundry will ultimately reach a production capacity of 300,000 metric tons per annum, positioning it among the world’s largest single-source foundries for automotive components.

The design emphasizes operational efficiency, scalability, and high-performance industrial processes within a well-coordinated and future-ready environment.
