The project involves the expansion of an existing facility originally designed and supervised by AJi in 2008. The extension adds a 300 m² two-story structure, seamlessly integrated with the existing warehouse.

The ground floor accommodates the main loading area, while the first floor includes office spaces.

The development is complemented by an open-air parking area within the surrounding site, enhancing operational efficiency and functionality while maintaining continuity with the original design.
