Marking a significant expansion of its institutional consultancy portfolio, AJi is spearheading the development of the new Project Management Office (PMO) for Tabuk University’s General Department of Engineering Affairs.

Designed to elevate project governance and execution standards, AJi’s scope of work follows a structured, phased approach.

The initial phase focuses on a rigorous evaluation of the university's current engineering management systems to identify key areas for growth.

In the subsequent phase, AJi will fully establish the office—implementing best-in-class frameworks, standard operating procedures, and specialized tools that will empower the university to manage its campus engineering and infrastructure developments with maximum efficiency.
