The project was located on an area of 23,420 m2. It consisted of several new additions and upgrades. A new administration building, utility building, finished goods warehouse, MEP expansion, and relocation of the NTM warehouse using the existing structure but with new foundations. Upgrading the HR building by adding toilets, showers, lockers, and a clinic into a new floor. Landscape services, redistribution of the production office, full renovation of MEP services, leaf warehouse, printing area, generator, and electromechanical needs were also completed.
