The project was located north of Riyadh, KSA, and consists of a mosque, hotel, and a multipurpose hall, with a total plot area of 22,000 m2.

Each component consists of the following:

• Mosque - Ground Floor + Mezzanine Floor

• Hotel - Ground Floor + 8 Floors

• Multipurpose Hall - Ground Floor + 1 Floor
