The existing cow farm consisted of cow housing, young stock housing, feed centre, and power works. The new farm was to accommodate up to 2,400 dairy cows plus dry cows, and have facilities for rearing all replacement heifers. The new project consisted of cow housing, young stock housing, a milking facility, water services, power services, a workshop and maintenance facility, feed centre, accommodation, administration, security, and internal roadways.
